Manager – Listing Revenue

Role: Manager Listing Revenue (Finance & Accounts)

Location: BKC Head Office

Function: Finance, Revenue Accounting & Compliance

Role Purpose:

To manage and oversee end-to-end revenue operations related to listing activities, ensure accuracy of billings and collections, maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and support audit, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Accounting & Billing

• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely review of annual and monthly billings for listing revenue.
• Oversee processing of refunds and payments to listed companies.
• Review and handle statutory payments including those related to SEBI, IPFT, and ISF.

2. Reconciliation & Compliance

• Perform TDS and bank reconciliations , ensuring accuracy of collections and deductions.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI compliance requirements for listing revenue.

3. Month-End & Year-End Closure

• Support closure of books , including revenue assurance activities.
• Manage provisioning , ageing analysis, and doubtful debts review .
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

4. Automation & Process Improvement

• Drive automation of manual revenue processes , enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for system improvements and controls strengthening.

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare periodic MIS reports such as:
• Monthly Revenue Report
• Monthly Development Report
• GST Report
• Provide insights to management for decision-making.

6. Audit & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors , and external consultants.
• Support audit queries, documentation, and compliance requirements.

7. Investor Service Fund (ISF) & Investor Protection Fund Trust (IPFT)

• Monitor Investor Service Fund including asset-liability reconciliation and monthly fund position updates.
• Handle Investor Protection Fund Trust accounting , finalisation, reporting, and audit.
• Ensure all SEBI reporting related to funds is completed accurately and on time.
