Job Description

We are hiring a Manager Legal Vendor Partnerships to drive revenue by onboarding and managing relationships with bank and NBFC empanelled legal vendors across India. You will be working as part of the Founder's office.

This is a high-ownership, sales-focused role with performance-linked upside and ESOPs.

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach bank/NBFC empanelled legal vendor firms
• Conduct product demos and drive sales conversations
• Convert pilot engagements into paid partnerships
• Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships
• Drive monthly file volume and revenue growth
• Track and report KPIs including: Vendor acquisitions; Conversion rate (demo paid); Monthly active file volumes; Revenue targets
• Provide structured feedback from customers to improve product

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in: Bank/NBFC mortgage legal or credit teams, OR PSU bank legal operations, OR Empanelled real estate legal vendor firms
• Strong understanding of title due diligence in the lending industry
• Prior relationships and experience coordinating with external legal vendors is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with sales targets and revenue responsibility
• Ambitious and eager to move into a growth-driven role
• Law degree preferred; candidates with strong experience in mortgage/legal operations without a formal law degree are also encouraged to apply.
