The person should be able to draft any contracts including Business Agreement, Lease Deed etc.
To handle matters such as Trade mark (protecting and defending infringement of Trade mark, IPR)
Handle consumer cases reply, and defending before respective judicial/quasi-judicial forum
Handle litigations, court procedures involving any matters related to companys day-to-day affairs

Preferred Profile:

Law degree from recognized college under Regular stream of 5 years or 3 years of BL/LLB with Graduation
Post qualification experience of not less than 7 10 years in any medium/large organization/law firm.
