About the role


You will strengthen leadership effectiveness by designing and delivering behavioural and mindset based learning interventions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy leadership development programs informed by behavioural science and applied psychology
  • Embed leadership frameworks into practical learning assets like workshops, and cohort-based interventions across seniority levels
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify leadership capability needs and co-create targeted learning solutions
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative indicators, focusing on behavioural change and business relevance
  • Facilitate structured leadership learning forums that balance reflection, peer learning, and application to real business and people challenges
  • Own and manage differentiated leadership learning journeys across multiple leader segments, aligned to business and capability needs
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to design scalable assetssuch as learning interfaces, instructional content, and internal learning portalsenhancing engagement and speed to deployment


Who are we looking for?


Education:


  • Graduates from reputed institutes
  • Academic or applied background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related disciplines


Experience:


  • 2-5 years of experience


Skills:


  • Experience in leadership development, organisational learning, or facilitation roles
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and navigate organisational contexts
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate theory into scalable practice
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and digital platforms for learning design, content creation, and experience build-out
