Manager - Leadership Development

What success looks like in this role:

Grow Leaders, Be a Talent Architect, a Trusted Partner, a Champion of Innovation:

* Engage with business leaders & HRBPs to understand business objectives, diagnose and assess required organizational, leadership and performance capabilities
* Stay updated with leadership development trends - skills, tools and frameworks & apply them

* Discover impactful insights and make performance / capability enhancing recommendations to supported stakeholders

* Design, develop and execute leadership development journeys and interventions

* Do program management leadership development journeys and interventions

* Facilitate leadership development workshops at mid-leadership level

* Track and report learning outcomes, behavioral change and business impact

* Develop strong relationships internally and with external resources / vendors
