Manager /lead / telecallers

Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic and experienced Telecallers for large-scale outbound calling operations. Candidates will work on financial and customer engagement campaigns, including insurance, collections, and credit card products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calling for customer acquisition and collections
• Promote financial products and services
• Engage customers professionally and close conversations effectively
• Achieve daily calling and performance targets
• Maintain accurate call records in CRM systems
• Follow company compliance and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year total work experience
• At least 6 months of outbound calling experience in:
• Insurance
• Collections
• Credit Cards
• Financial Product Sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
