Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai is for a Manager, Knowledge Management (Finance Certifications). The individual will lead efforts to manage and enhance the organizations knowledge repository, drive knowledge sharing initiatives, and oversee strategies for certification-based programs. Responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, facilitating training sessions, optimizing knowledge management systems, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop forward-thinking certification programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Knowledge Management and strategies to effectively organize, store, and share industry information
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate trends, industry requirements, and program outcomes
• Proficiency in Communication and Knowledge Sharing to ensure clear dissemination of information and collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience in Training and facilitating professional development for finance professionals
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams within a professional environment
• Familiarity with financial certifications and a broad understanding of the financial services industry
• Educational background in finance, business, or related fields is preferred.
