Position Title: Manager Accounts

Department: Accounts

Location: Head Office, New Delhi

CTC Range: 1114 LPA

Role Objective:

To support the Accounts Head in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate financial statements and effective use of SAP in line with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities
• Prepare and review financial schedules, reconciliations, and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and closures
• Work on SAP for accounting entries, reporting, and reconciliations
• Support SEBI / regulatory reporting, wherever applicable
• Maintain proper documentation, controls, and audit trails
• Assist in process improvement initiatives within the Accounts function
• Support miscellaneous accounting and finance-related activities as assigned

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance fundamentals
• Hands-on exposure to SAP (FICO)
• Good understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial analysis
• Analytical skills with attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 12 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts / Finance
• Experience in a large corporate / manufacturing / listed entity preferred
• Exposure to ERP-based accounting systems (SAP) mandatory.
