Job Description

  • To Book  Invoices in our system and to submit the same against approval with proper documentation
  • Enrolment of vendor in system, by review and updating the registration activity in our system
  • To  Review the Capex Project  and Document the same for Capex Sign off.
  • To Evaluate and review the Intake/CR ids and to compile the same with capex project
  • To get CWIP Note sign off from PM and HOD and to Submit the same to Finance for Capitalisation.
  • To Raise URS/REQ in the system as per  PM requirement. To Monitor the budget and optimisethe same in coordination with PM to avoid lapses
  • Monitor and follow up with PM for renewal projects and services.
  • To  Coordinate  with vendor for Invoice and pO relating queries and to efficiently address it.
  • To Publish  weekly/monthly MIS Report for Budget, URS/REQ and  Capex Project
