The Team
Deloitte Strategy, Risk & Transaction helps entities mitigate risk while discovering new opportunities to create value. Our end-to-end risk services span all domains, from managing strategic risks in the C-Suite to improving board oversight, and from balancing financial and environmental policies to addressing cyber threats.

Required skill set:


Regulatory reporting ability to understand reports, instructions, interpretations, derive biz requirements, data elements, good communication and documentation skills.
Need to work with clients across regions directly, tech experience around reg reporting tools etc. will be a plus.
It may be better to look at Business Analyst Type of profiles and not people who are doing BAU reporting work.
Help clients develop an ALM framework (governance, policy, risk limits, process, etc.)
Support client in understanding and implementation of regulatory requirements and best practices around ALM
Help define ALM management principles develop or validate ALM models (Behaviroal models), measurement techniques (EaR, IRRBB, impact on market value of equity)
Assist client in reviewing / enhancing/ developing fund transfer pricing (FTP) framework
Be part of technology implementation projects related to ALM and FTP


Requirement:

8-15 yrs of professional experience in a banking environment and involved in Asset Liability Management (Liquidity risk, Interest Rate risk and Fund Transfer Pricing)
CA/MBA/Similar along with FRM (preferred)
Have regulatory knowledge in the context of ALM management (IRRBB, liquidity, interest rate risk, governance principles, etc.)


Qualifications


Graduates (B.Tech / B.E) with relevant experience can also be considered.
M.Sc.IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA, Any PG
