Hi,
We are hiring for one of our client based in Mumbai.
Job role- Manager - IPO Commission & Brokerage
Experience- 7 to 15
Salary Bracket- upto 7LPA
Job description-
- Liaising & coordinating with Merchant Bankers, Brokers, Syndicate Brokers team for Brokerage and Commission calculation.
- Ensuring smooth processing of Brokerage calculation in coordination with various stakeholders like Merchant Banker, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, Sponsor Bank
- Addressing Brokerage & commission queries from Brokers and Banks.
- Implement changes in application issues by regulators like SEBI, Exchanges and Depositories.
- Working under strict timelines for various assignments to ensure early closure.
- Analytical skills for handling huge numbers in various assignments.
- Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Capital market products will be an added advantage.
- Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PPT.
- Good English communication skills (both reading & writing)
