Manager - Investments and Client Relations

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Investments & Client Relations located in Mumbai at CAGRfunds. The role involves working closely with existing clients. This role does NOT involve any sales aspect.

Primary responsibility would include:

a) Client onboarding, preparing mutual fund suggestions for individuals and families

b) Address all service requests of the clients - ensure response time to be within 24 hours.

c) Review existing portfolios of clients, develop an understanding of what actions need to be taken on the portfolios. Analysis of financial products will be a crucial part of making reviews.

d) Presenting the reviews to clients and having the knowledge and capability to answer basic advisory calls for clients.

e) Conducting introduction call with new prospects and leads presented to the team

f) Downloading statement of accounts, reports + enabling transactions for clients

g) Calculation of capital gains on redemption, exit load and other such computations related to client actions

h) Liaison with AMC RMs to remove bottlenecks, if any in the transaction and reporting process

i) Facilitate change of bank, change of ARN code, KYC and other formalities with respect to new and existing clients

Qualifications

• Graduate (Fresher CFPs / CFP candidates will be preferred)
• Experience of working with a mutual fund distributor will be preferred (1-2 year experience is preferred)
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Personal Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
