Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - International Healthcare Promotions, based in Kochi. The role involves developing and executing international healthcare promotion strategies, managing relationships with international partners, and leading healthcare consulting initiatives. Responsibilities include project management, training programs, and enhancing patient acquisition from international markets through excellent communication and analytical skills. The Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications

MBA / Masters in Hospital Administration, Marketing, or related field

812 years of experience in international healthcare promotions / medical tourism / hospital marketing

Experience in NABH-accredited or tertiary care hospitals preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Exposure to international markets and patient coordination is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement international healthcare promotion strategies

Build strong relationships with overseas referral partners, facilitators, embassies, and insurers

Coordinate international patient inquiries and conversions with clinical and support teams

Lead international marketing campaigns, conferences, and digital outreach

Work closely with doctors and patient services to ensure a seamless international patient experience

Monitor global market trends and competitor activities

Ensure ethical practices and compliance with hospital policies

Track international patient volumes, revenue, and promotional effectiveness
