Qualifications

Post-Graduation in Social Science or equivalent subject.

07 years experience in Institutional building / promotion or FPO promotion.

Responsibilities

Technical guidance for formulation of FPO's business management training program.

Technical guidance to conduct post-harvest handling and value-addition to the horticulture produce to FPO.

Preparation of Annual Action Plan, track of disbursements and obtain UC/SOE on monthly basis

To support monitoring of FPO activities

Support for the collection of agribusiness company information and the construction of a matching platform with the FPO.

Support for the planning and implementation of business trials between FPO and Agribusiness companies.

Support FPO to uptake advanced technology for their cultivation as well as its marketing.

Evaluation of proposals submitted by farmers / FPO / CBBO / Entrepreneurs.

Preparation of information / report / road map etc. as per directions of Project Management Unit & JICA.

Any other work assigned by authorities of project.
