Job Description

Responsibilities


Building Management
1. Facilities' health condition to be maintained at its best with eye to detailing works
2. Review floor/campus for any damages and timely fix it adroitly
3. Walkthrough weekly to assess if the condition of the campus/floor is maintained rightfully
4. Look for any discrepencies in the campus/floor infrastructure and fix it with appropriate standards
5. Infrastructure should be impeccable at all times - maintenance and supervision
Client Management
1. Client visits should be well-planned and executed with zero error
2. Be presentable of self and faciliites at all times
3. Bring in novelty to manage client visits and work with experience teams for execution
4. Maintain up to date deck of facilities in right formats and tools
5. Facilities should be maintained immaculately at all times


Logistics Management
1.Handling of day-to-day operations at site
2.Coordinate with helpdesk and support team for resolution of tickets
3.Prepare and evaluate FCI & SLA reports
4.Manage employee grievance and conduct huddles
5.Manage pantry: consumables tracking and timely update on sourcing
6.Manage stores and R&M
7.Handle client visits and end to end support
8.Manage PR/PO/Invoices to track and closures
Housekeeping Management
1.Oversee the house keeping staff day to day cleaning activities.
2.Sharing the feedback with Supervisor and housekeeping team as and when about the areas where cleaning has to be done
3.And requesting supervisor to maintain Daily for monthly, weekly checklist.
4.And allocating weekend task for supervisor
5.Sharing the facilities feedback with the Vendor as and when about the issues faced in Empower
6. Co-ordinate with vendor in getting the medical certificate for the All staffs present to certify they are physically fit
7.Provide adequate training to the house keeping staff when ever required.
8.Report all work orders to engineering/maintenance any and all problems needing repairs.
9.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standard.
10. Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality of services.
11. Notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event

Security Management
1. Carry out internal and external patrols, day and night to ensure a safe and secure
environment, recording maintenance issues, unusual Occurrences in the security report
2. Security team ensures that those who should not be granted access to the Premises are professionally and politely prevented from gaining access or escorted inside the building.
3. As part of the team undertake regular testing of fire alarms and other security
equipment and notifying the Security Manager of any issues of malfunctioning equipment.
4. Monitoring and responding immediately to alarm system activations to check designated areas of concern.
5. Ensure that the Premises CCTV system is effectively and sensitively monitored by the security guards. Ensure and regularly check that the fire exit doors are maintained free of obstructions reporting any defects or maintenance issues as appropriate
6. Support and comply with the Genpact Health and Safety, and Security policies and
Procedures.
7. Assist in the induction and training of new members of the team.
8. Ensuring Security team to send and receive materials with relevant documents
EHS Support
1.Updating of Red Book month on month and send the report on time
2.Participate & Co-ordinate for the Evacuation Drill for Genpact sites
3.Prepare Evacuation Drill report and sharing the report with EHS Co-coordinator
4.Co-ordinate for the Ergonomics Session for Employees
5.Co-ordinate EHS related Trainings for Support function
6.Conduct Site Safety Audits with EHS Auditor in all Genpact Facilities
7.Constant Follow up and closure of EHS issues of all Genpact sites
8.Collate & Prepare Sustainability Report of all sites and share it with the EHS Manager
9.Daily Site walk and identify EHS related issues in the all Genpact Sites
Compliance
1. Manage legal compliances of the office space - campus and floor
2. Timely follow up for renewals or amendments of the legal consents and approvals
3. Work with legal department for updating legal register
4. Compliances with respect to EHS should be maintained up to date
5. EHS register should be timely reviewed with EHS - SMEs
6. Implement all legal consents' conditions without any deviations

Transport Management
1. Connect between employees and transport team to bridge the gap
2. Follow up on employee transport requests till closure
3. Connect with transport coordinators for updates and follow up of issues resolution or facilitation on transport requests
4. Ensure employees details are updated on timely basis with the transport desk

Minimum Qualifications

.
Experience in digital content development, with strong capabilities in content writing.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficient understanding of the creative process and open to creative critique.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
