Manager - Information Technology & Digital Developments

·       Technology Strategy: Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.

·       Application Management: Take ownership of all existing applications and platforms; ensure timely upgrades, maintenance, vendor coordination etc. Assess and implement new enterprise solutions such as ERPs, LMS, HRMS, CRMs based on business needs.

·       Data and systems migrations: Plan and execute seamless migration of data, applications and processes from parent systems. Ensure data integrity, security and minimal disruption during migration

·       Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

·       Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

·       Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

·       Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and evaluating service levels.

·       Budgeting: Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and expenditures.

·       Project Management: Lead IT projects from conception to deployment, including software implementations and system upgrades.

·       Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems and processes.

·       Team Building: Build and mentor a future IT team as the company grows.
