• Minimum 10+ years of experience in handling GST/ Service Tax / Customs preferably in an IT Service Organization with STPI / SEZ set-up.
• Handling Internal and Statutory Audits while working with other teams in Finance department.
• Ensure 100% Compliances under GST, DGFT, SEZ, STPI, Customs, etc within statutory timelines.
• Filing the refund claims, coordination with tax department and working with the consultants to ensure all the refunds are processed in timely manner.
• Handling notices, audits and assessments from government departments and ensuring that the audits and assessments are closed with NIL / minimal implications to the Company.
• Experience in handling cross-border transactions of Inter-Company transactions would be added advantage.
• To analyse the day-to-day business transactions and ensure the compliance from Indirect Tax perspective.
• Support business and other teams as and when advise or intervention from Indirect Tax perspective is required.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indirect tax law compliances, audits, and refunds process.
• Adopting problem-solving approach and effective communication skills.
• Team management skills
• Aligning with different teams and contributing to the achievement of revenue, growth, and efficiency for the Company.
• Working knowledge and experience in SAP.
