Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage franchise payouts, ensure data accuracy, and streamline payout-related processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely and error-free payouts. Candidates with an interest in automation and process improvement will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payout processing for franchise stores.
  • Validate and reconcile data received from Inventory, Operations, Business, and Franchise teams.
  • Identify errors, mismatches, and missing inputs to ensure accurate payout calculations.
  • Work with large datasets and maintain accurate payout trackers.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as shrinkage data checks (DQ), scheduled emails, reminders, and payout communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect accurate manpower, sales, and operational data.
  • Communicate clearly with franchise partners regarding payout clarifications and updates.
  • Ensure payouts are processed within strict monthly timelines.
  • Document, update, and improve SOPs to strengthen process efficiency and transparency.


Technical Skills Required

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, error checks).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile data from multiple sources.
  • Basic automation skills (Google Scripts, Excel Macros, AppScript).
  • Experience automating DQ checks, reminders, and communication is an added advantage.


Professional Skills Required

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities across multiple teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and franchise interactions.
  • Ability to work within monthly deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain and improve SOPs.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree (B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BSc, or any relevant field).
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
