About the Team

The category team at Tata 1mg is a key unit within the category management vertical. Working closely with leadership, marketing, product, and supply chain teams, the primary objective is to drive strong top-line and sustainable bottom-line growth.

What Will You Do

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to manage and scale our over-the-counter (OTC) categories. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building a best-in-class assortment

Ensuring competitive pricing and continuous customer service improvement

Collaborating with procurement, product, key accounts, and marketing teams with full ownership of your categories

What We Are Looking For

Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience post-MBA

In-depth understanding of the e-commerce business and landscape

Strong skills in driving partnerships, managing initiatives, and handling complex projects and teams

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build new systems and processes to solve problems
