Role Summary:

We are looking for someone who is people-first, thoughtful, practical, and deeply invested in building strong teams. In this role, you should enjoy working closely with people, understand business realities, and be comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things evolve quickly.

As the HR Manager, you will manage the people function for one of Raises financial entities, working closely with business leaders and employees to create a workplace where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they build together.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be ensuring our people practices grow with the business. Your role is to create a culture where people do their best work and choose to stay. At the same run the routine HR processes.


Expected Responsibilities:


  • Partner with leaders to understand team needs, to plan execution.
  • Manage end-to-end HR for the assigned financial entity including hiring, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances in a timely and fair manner in alignment with culture.
  • Strengthen engagement, communication, and recognition that reflect Raise values.
  • Manage Great Places To Work surveys, action plans, and culture improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes, records, and systems are well maintained and scalable.


Expected Skills:


  • MBA / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
  • 8-10 years HR experience, preferably in fintech, start-ups, or fast-growing organisations.
  • Strong ownership mindset, you see things through from start to finish.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people grow and teams work better together.
  • Passion for creating a workplace people are proud to be part of.
  • Exposure to HR business partnering, employee connect, performance management, and engagement.
  • Experience working on Great Place to Work or similar culture initiatives is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR systems, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Clear communicator with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
