Manager Human Resources Business Partner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CBRE People Business Partner, you will assist with the roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures for Mumbai region. This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.

Your role will be responsible for managing end to end HR business partnering support to all employees in Mumbai region, including but not limited to

• Assisting with the development of onboarding, employee engagement, employee connects and performance management initiatives in the organization.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and assist with issuing disciplinary action and performance improvement counseling.
• Work with managers to identify employment-related risks and lead process of investigations and grievances.
• Manage several HR functions such as employment, labor relations, etc. for a business unit or line of business.
• Conduct knowledge based sessions on a variety of topics including performance management, new hire onboarding and more.
• Conceptualize and execute interventions to reduce voluntary attrition and increased employee retention in the regions, using data points from exit interviews, employee connects etc.
• Consistently track key KPIs for the regions, including voluntary attrition, employee engagement score, employee pulse generated through various platforms. Use data and insights to conceptualize interventions for the region.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Experience / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7-9 years of relevant experience. Masters Degree is preferred
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
