Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Executive Finance & Accounts to support day-to-day finance operations, revenue accounting, compliance, and reporting.

This role will work closely with the Senior Manager Finance and play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, timely reconciliations, and statutory compliance as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance
• Bank reconciliations
• Vendor invoice processing and payment tracking
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Maintenance of financial records and documentation

2. Digital Revenue & Royalty Support

• Assisting in reconciliation of revenues from digital platforms
• Tracking receivables and follow-ups
• Supporting royalty calculations and artist payouts
• Identifying discrepancies and escalating to reporting manager

3. Compliance Support

• Preparation and support for GST, TDS filings
• Assisting with statutory documentation
• Coordination with auditors and consultants
• Maintaining compliance calendars and filing records

4. MIS & Reporting

• Assisting in preparation of monthly MIS reports
• Data compilation for management reporting
• Supporting budget tracking and expense analysis

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• B.Com with strong accounting foundation or Semi-qualified CA
• Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software and Excel
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
