Role Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology platforms, ensuring accurate HR reporting and analytics, maintaining insightful HR dashboards, and overseeing key HR lifecycle processes. The role holder will be accountable for end-to-end service delivery and responsible for managing a team of 23 members to ensure operational excellence and timely execution of HR processes.
Manage HR Systems and Automation:
- Manage end-to-end HRMS including all modules -Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Core HR, and HRMS modules.
- Oversee workflow configurations, ensuring they align with organizational policies and processes.
- Handle change requests, bug fixes, and system enhancements based on business requirement in collaboration with vendors and IT teams.
- Oversee system integrations with other platforms to maintain seamless connectivity and data consistency within defined budgets and timelines.
HR Reports & Analytics:
- Own the end-to-end process of publishing HR reporting and dashboards with accuracy and timeliness using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Responsible for consolidating and tracking HR budget at function level. Collaborate closely with Finance and HR stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Prepare and present high-impact reports with high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics for decision making.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and bring insights that add value to the business.
Employee Lifecycle Processes Governance and Compliance:
- Oversee HR processes including but not limited to employee referral, salary processing, employee lifecycle changes, separation etc.
- Formulate, update HR policies and procedures for process adherence and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with global HR Teams as subject matter expert to standardize and optimize HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the employee lifecycle and people operations
- Partner with senior leaders in HR to develop and implement HR processes that supports overall goals of the organization.
HR Projects:
- Expect this role to identify opportunities for automation in its area and own projects from design to implementation to employee adoption.
- Project management of projects identified in HR Operations.
