Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for US HR and US Payroll, HR admin, Payroll, C&B administration and Recruitment supporting the client in one or more of the following areas

  1. HR Admin, Recruitment, C&B

  1. Lead the team responsible for managing the Employee Services, C&B administration & recruitment admin processes

  1. Ensure adherence to SLAs as agreed for the respective processes

  1. Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas

  1. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders

  1. Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with the client team & Process owners

  1. Work closely with client/Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India

  1. Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis
