Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze talent needs and support workforce optimization and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and leadership programs.
- Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- HR Analytics: Use data to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
- Engagement & Well-being: Drive employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and well-being interventions.
- Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles
