Manager HRBP

We are hiring Manager HRBP for a Software Product company. This is an IC role with the following roles and responsibilities:

1. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
2. Act as a change agent driving transformation, engagement, and performance.
3. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, ER, performance, and succession.
4. Provide HR advisory support on policies, compliance, and complex employee relations.
5. Collaborate with L&D and cross-functional teams to deliver people initiatives.
6. Experience in Employee Relations
7. Global exposure preferred
