Role-Manager -HR Operations (Hire to retire )

Key Responsibilities

Hire to Retire Operations

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR lifecycle including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance cycle support, transfers, exits, and retirements

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal policies, and audits
• Manage documentation, controls, and risk mitigation

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR operations matters

HR Systems & Data Management

• Own HRMS data accuracy and integrity (Workday

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate/Postgraduate
• 6 Yrs to 10 yrs of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
• Work timings- 1PM to 10PM
• Candidate must have worked on WD, onboarding. (Mandatory)
