The role exists to act as an enabler to the business in successful implementation of HR Systems (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement) / Structure / Policies / Process / Procedures to build an organisation with a future ready workforce and enhance frictionless employee experience to become an employer of choice.



About the Role

The position is for a role in HR for the India BU business based out of Zonal Office, north based out of Gurgaon.



Responsibilities


  • Manage HRBP role along with exposure across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management.



Qualifications


  • Relevant Experience: 6-8 years in managing HRBP role.
