Manager - HR and Operations

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time | In-person

Salary: 6,00,000 8,00,000 per year (depending on experience)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: Postgraduate preferred

This position is based at the Head Office in Noida and supports CBSE-affiliated DPS schools in Punjab, which are independently managed institutions.

We are seeking an experienced Manager HR & Operations to strengthen people processes, improve institutional efficiency, and lead operational systems across multiple schools.

• Manage HR operations for head office and schools: recruitment, documentation, PF/ESI/gratuity compliance, and attendance systems
• Implement performance management systems (KRAs, appraisals, feedback)
• Analyse attrition trends and support retention initiatives
• Drive operational process improvements and ERP/workflow implementation
• Coordinate with school leadership to standardize SOPs and monitor timelines
• Prepare periodic HR & Operations dashboards for management
  

• Masters degree preferred (HR, Management, Operations)
• 512 years experience in education or other process-driven sectors
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, institutional operations, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Prior experience in educational institutions is preferred
