Role Description

We are seeking a Manager Home Loan Business Growth (Lending Partnerships) for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee and grow the home loan segment by building and managing lending partnerships with financial institutions. Daily responsibilities include loan portfolio management, optimizing servicing processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop growth strategies and work closely with financial partners to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home/Mortgage Loan Servicing, Loans, and Portfolio Management
• Strong knowledge in Finance, particularly in home loan-related processes
• Partnerships Management skill with a focus on effective communication and relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
