Job Description
- Responsible to create organic strategy and manage monthly execution roadmap with initiatives to grow organic discovery and lead base
- Day to day to management of team members, training, operations and delivering excellence towards better ROI
- Should be able to collaborate with different departments along with call center leads on different strategies to improve the conversion rate of leads coming from organic channel
- Drive product recommendations, features/enhancements that improve organic discovery, user experience and SEO effectiveness
- Evaluate current business process and recommend improvements/enhancements
- Liaising with cross functional team and understanding the buying journey funnel of different line of business to improve the lead quality, conversion rate, UI/UX & business
- Reviewing & interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and escalate business volumes
Managing, nurturing and developing team members by giving constructive and regular feedback to facilitate career growth
