Job Description

 Responsible in daily Voice Operations of the call center supervising the

Performance of Team.

 Drive Sales Through daily management of Team size of Minimum 50 to 60

Employees to include motivating, Recognizing, and rewarding, Coaching,

Training and problem solving.

 Monitor Major KPI of Outbound Voice Team and Performance.

 Assist Center Head with Development, Process Improvement, Analytics

and implementation of efficiency or Quality Initiative.

 Provide Consistent, Balanced and Timely performance feedback on CSR

performance.

 Providing leadership and managing all operational standards.

 Responsible for GWP & Conversion acheivement through the Team.

 Responsible to drive & Monitor the Key Leavers of outbound call center
