Job Description
Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the tele-sales team.
· Create training curricula for the sales process (health and motor insurance)
· Develop material required for training sales personnel
· Develop and implement strategies for the overall growth of process
· Generate data driven analysis of process and bridge the gaps as and when required
· Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
· Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
· Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session
· Maintain and update records of training material.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
