"VMWare L3 Requirements/Must Haves: Experience installing, upgradation and managing SRM , Log Insight & vROPS . VMware Administrator for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 500 servers). Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of components in a large VMware environment centered around best practices, to include vCenter, VMware Update Manager, vCenter Operations Manager, vCenter Orchestrator, vCenter Cloud Automation Center, vCenter Site Recovery Manager. Experience in VM template design and leveraging vCenter Operations Manager to right size, virtual servers. Experience with server consolidation/virtualization for HW reduction and site migrations via V2V and P2V. Experience in upgrading ESXi hosts and VM guests using VMware Update Manager. Experience installing/provisioning all UCS domain components, including fabric interconnects, chassis, blades, service profiles, pools, policies, templates, and firmware. Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012,2016 & 2019 operating systems. Experience working with various levels of technical individuals at remote locations and vendors to resolve problems or in implementing new solutions. Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management. Experience installing, upgradation and managing SRM , Log Insight & vROPS . Excellent command over verbal & written English Language Create and Submit Change records for Master Image Groups/ Build Group changes. Create Problem Records - Investigate, analyze, and resolve Problem Records It will also be responsible for Windows server deployments, administration of AD, DNS, DHCP, File share access. Deploying DB servers and configure Failover Clusters. (Single subnet or multi subnet clusters in multiple nodes setup) PowerShell experience is a must. Expecting L3 level troubleshooting in both Windows & VMware. Should be able to manage time and assignments. Thoroughness in following up on and completing tasks is imperative. Will be interacting with the rest of the Information Systems team, receiving instructions and sharing information, but will also be in contact with other client groups coordinating changes and understanding requirements. Must be able to communicate with multiple levels of users in the organization with varying levels of technical capabilities. Ability to work across Geographies and multi-cultural environments. Good hands on experience of VAPT closer for VMware products ."

  • To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
  • To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
