Telephone / Mobile: -Arrangement of New Connections. -Bill Payment -Activation / Deactivation of services •House Assistants and drivers -Daily attendance keeping -Payment of wages -Appointment -Replacement Arrangement -Police Verification -Reference Check -Leave Management •Cook and Gardner -Ensure availability of cook at all point of time. -Supervise the work of Gardner •Residence Maintenance -Daily visit to residence to ensure smooth functioning. -Ensure fire safety norms installed. -Ensure all the civil work for residence is done in consultation with Family. -Checking all the plumbing and gardening work. -Payment of Society Bills •Maintenance of different equipment at Residence -AMC to be taken for all the equipment as per requirement. -Upkeeping & Periodic service of all the equipment •Vehicle Maintenance -Purchase / Sale of Vehicles at Residence. -Refueling of vehicles. -Periodic Maintenance of vehicles. -Upkeeping of the vehicles (interior and exterior). •Estate Management -Periodic visit to different estates of Management to check and resolve issues if any. -Maintenance of the premises. -Coordination with tenants for all the requirements as agreed •Gifts Management -Arrangement for gifts based on occasion. -Coordination for listing out guests for gifts and ensure timely delivery •Party / Functions at Residence -Ensure all the required arrangements as specified by the family members. -Guest Management to be done as per the guidelines
