Key Responsibilities

1. Planning

  • - Own monthly, quarterly, and annual planning for the loyalty charter
  • - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (central business, finance, city teams, etc) to finalise and align topline and bottom-line numbers

2. Performance Management & Business Reviews

  • - Run daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews tracking performance vs targets
  • - Monitor pipeline, conversions, topline and bottom-line numbers, and proactively highlight issues identified on a daily basis
  • - Diagnose underperformance early and drive corrective action


3. Specialized Projects

  • Own and run certain projects/streams independently by working with cross functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Work with multiple brands on sourcing and running Privileges stream on Swiggy One and Blck. Own the revenue stream entirely


Experience

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Planning & Performance
  • Experience in owning and understanding P&L revenue, business targets and overall business performance
  • Understanding on in-app & consumer journeys
  • Proven ability to build and scale revenue partnerships
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making
  • Strong communication skills
