Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Government & Institutional Sales to handle Government and institutional sales , official programs, conferences, trainings.

The role focuses on government coordination, business development, and revenue generation by sourcing, managing, and executing government meetings, conferences, residential programs.

Candidates with prior experience dealing with government institutions and departments , strong personality, and excellent communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with Government officials, departments, PSUs, Boards, and Corporations .

Generate, negotiate, and close Government and Institutional businesses , including:

oConferences & Meetings

oTraining Programs & Workshops

oResidential Programs

Liaise with government travel desks, protocol officers, and event coordinators .

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, rate contracts, MoUs, and official correspondence .

Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Banquets, Rooms, and F&B to ensure smooth execution of events.

Achieve assigned government sales targets and contribute to overall resort revenue growth.

Represent the resort professionally in meetings, presentations, and government interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong and active network with Government officials (mandatory).

Proven experience in:

oHospitality Sales

oTravel & Tourism Sales

oGovernment Liaisoning / Institutional Sales

Good understanding of government procedures, approvals, tendering processes, and official documentation .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills .

Presentable personality with strong PR and coordination abilities.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Hospitality Management / Travel & Tourism / Business Administration .

710 years of relevant experience in Government Sales, Institutional Business Development, or Liaisoning roles .

  • Female candidates preferred .
