Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Team handling of 6-10 sales managers in surrounding tier 2 and 3 cities
- Responsible to deliver GWP(Premium) targets, distribution targets
- Agent Recruitment and their Activation, Market Share with profitability
- Need to visit min 2 times his DO locations in a month
- Explore new business opportunities in the designated geography
- Meet channel partners and publish MOM of all visits
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Guide and handhold team for day-to-day task and set the day context in daily virtual morning hurdles
- Identity local candidates and hire them as Sales Manager and build a successful team
- Interaction with cross functional teams like operations and claims for any query
- Ensure continuous learning of team and groom them to become future leaders
