Job Description
Responsibilities
:Provide standard responses from the content library for due diligence questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Identify and liaise with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) to address specific questionnaire requirements and gather necessary information.
Ensure all responses adhere to quality standards, company policies, and brand guidelines.
Document processes, maintain completed questionnaire records, and utilize these records to identify areas for updating and enhancing the existing content library.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all responses.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
High attention to detail to ensure response accuracy.
Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with SMEs and other stakeholders.
Strong time-management skills to handle multiple questionnaires and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in English, with good years of experience in business writing, or a related field.
Understanding business drivers and processes in the ITES/BPS industry.
Prior experience in due diligence questionnaire management, proposal writing, or knowledge management.
Experience with proposal management tools such as RFPIO or Ovidian is an added advantage.
