Job Description
Responsibilities
:Oversee and manage website leads, ensuring accurate capture, enrichment, and seamless integration of web-based leads into Salesforce from web forms, landing pages, and other digital sources.
Interact directly with stakeholders regarding lead queries and day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are routed correctly, followed up on, and tracked through the sales pipeline.
Create and share monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress reports with stakeholders, and discuss areas for improvement.
Liaise with integrated marketing team members to ensure smooth integration and data flow between marketing data platforms and Salesforce. Identify gaps and work with teams to resolve any issues on a priority basis for effective integration.
Contribute to the testing and analysis of design and business requirements (Static Testing) using established processes, standards, practices, and procedures of the Change function.
Explore best practices and tools to continuously improve existing data processes and data for efficient go-to-market operations.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Salesforce data, reports and dashboards.
Establish and develop process documents and workflows, ensuring proper quality frameworks are in place.
Guide and train internal team members on Lead Management and Data Processes and related best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/B.Sc. IT/B.Sc. Math/BCA/MCA (preferred).
Willing to work in the UK/US shift as per business requirements.
Relevant years of experience in handling business leads and data operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, proven project management experience, and working knowledge of the service delivery model.
Proficiency in Salesforce data processes with prior experience using data management tools such as Demand Tools, Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL queries, and Data Import Wizard.
Proficiency in advanced Salesforce reporting, including custom reports and dashboards. General knowledge of Salesforce technical configuration and administrative terminologies.
Good understanding of digital marketing terms and concepts.
Salesforce certification is nice to have but not mandatory.
