Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform / Administer employee personal / job / organization data changes in HRIS like manager change, position change, job title, shift change, cost code/ center, citizenship, marital status, preferred name, legal name, educational qualification, etc.
Perform / Administer joiners / movers / leavers data changes in HRIS like new hire entry, temp to perm conversions & vice versa, internal transfers, terminations, etc. for all category of employees
Perform / Administer absence & health data changes in HRIS like maternity, paternity, sick leave, return to work, etc.
Manage / Perform bulk HR data uploads in HRIS
Maintain HR data quality and integrity
Responsible for generating HR reports and provide analytics to required stakeholders
Generate required reports (standard / adhoc) from HRIS and other HR systems
Track, analyze and report trends in key HR metrics
Manage HR systems, processes and improvements
Ensure adherence to SLAs as agreed for the respective processes
Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
Ability to work at all levels of the HR stack - Strategic, operational, and tactical
