Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Candidate should work directly with client with direct communication through email and meetings

  • Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners' inquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally.

  • Assists with communication and training with business process owners and partners on Master Data standards, definitions, processes, and data governance tools.

  • Extract data and measure against targets and identify situations that need escalation or additional support.

  • Implement strategy to reduce turnaround time on Research and resolving issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact.

  • Participate in reviews, audits, and assessments.

  • Support targets and critical initiatives, plus support deployments

  • Able to automate reports using Power Query or VBA Macros + MS Access

  • Ensuring that data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality.

  • Creating guidelines for data structure within an organization to ensure consistency in how information is stored, organized, and accessed.

  • Developing standards for storing and accessing data using tools such as VBA Macros + MS Access, Power BI & Power Apps
