Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Candidate should work directly with client with direct communication through email and meetings
-
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners' inquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally.

Assists with communication and training with business process owners and partners on Master Data standards, definitions, processes, and data governance tools.

Extract data and measure against targets and identify situations that need escalation or additional support.

Implement strategy to reduce turnaround time on Research and resolving issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact.

Participate in reviews, audits, and assessments.

Support targets and critical initiatives, plus support deployments

Able to automate reports using Power Query or VBA Macros + MS Access
-
Ensuring that data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality.

Creating guidelines for data structure within an organization to ensure consistency in how information is stored, organized, and accessed.

Developing standards for storing and accessing data using tools such as VBA Macros + MS Access, Power BI & Power Apps
