Responsibilities
- Works with functional leaders to gain an understanding of business requirements and act as an advisor for the HR Systems
- Transformation project.
- Supports the overall business improvement process to gather business requirements, prioritize functional needs, and work with
- peers and leaders in defining and facilitating the solutioning of opportunities.
- Facilitates development of cross-functional business solutions that combine the knowledge of particular business processes and
- issues and process improvement facilitation techniques.
- Applies process mapping and facilitation techniques to document future state processes, future state procedures and tasks, and
- controls and risk management assumptions
