Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the strategic vision for global mobility operations.
    • Align mobility strategies with organizational objectives and policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee the delivery of global mobility services, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Manage the entire life cycle of international assignments, from pre-assignment planning to repatriation, relocation assistance
    • Resolve high-priority escalations and manage vendor relationships.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize mobility services.
    • Provide regular updates on mobility trends and strategic recommendations.
  4. Innovation and Compliance:
    • Drive adoption of technology to enhance mobility processes.
    • Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and legal regulations.

5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve the global mobility program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Relevant years of experience in mobility operations, with some years in leadership managing teams.
  • Expertise in global mobility tools
  • Understanding of Immigration and compliance laws globally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale mobility programs.
  • Experience in managing vendor partners for Mobility
  • Certifications in global mobility management or leadership.
