Responsibilities


Critical thinking skills to come up with the right questions to ask or problems that need to be solved.
Ability to define the data necessary to build strategy, solve a problem, or make a recommendation.
Ability to quickly learn about our data environment to source data and query large datasets across multiple databases.
Overall digital channel performance & insights delivered to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Business case and initiative performance tracking delivered to key stakeholders and broader digital channel management team.
Ad-hoc analysis & insights needed to achieve channel performance goals.
Analyze the results of the queries to create meaningful insights.
Ability to effectively visualize and summarize work product for a variety of audiences.
Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to simply layout clear options and recommendations for decision makers.
