Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:
• Define and implement the strategic roadmap for learning initiatives.
• Align learning programs with organizational goals and employee development needs.
2. Operational Oversight:
• Oversee the design and delivery of learning programs for global teams.
• Monitor key learning metrics and ensure alignment with SLAs.
3. Team Development:
• Build and mentor high-performing L&D teams.
• Drive employee engagement through effective learning initiatives.
4. Innovation and Process Excellence:
• Introduce innovative learning technologies and tools.
• Optimize learning processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Relevant years of L&D experience, with relevant years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in instructional design and eLearning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record in driving large-scale learning programs.
• Certifications in leadership or learning technologies.
