Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to interpret complex datasets and generate recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Create and deliver regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
Implement data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of campaign data.
Provide leadership to the campaign team, guiding the execution of campaign tasks, ensuring project timelines and goals are met.
Motivate and inspire team members to excel in their roles, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, setting clear expectations and providing coaching when needed.
Build strong relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and ensuring smooth execution.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.
Develop detailed campaign plans that align with business goals and target audiences, focusing on the digital marketing aspect (e.g., email, social media, PPC).
Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to continuously refine campaigns and improve performance.
Monitor and analyze trends, patterns, and outliers in data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on key findings, trends, and performance metrics.
Oversee data governance processes, including data classification, access control, and data lifecycle management.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs.
