Job Description
Responsibilities
include but not restricted to-
Spearhead the vetting process of social media channels for identified celebrities and influencers

Identify high-risk content or remarks and provide strategic recommendations

Oversee continuous monitoring efforts to ensure no controversial content jeopardizes reputation
-
Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive scorecards to executive team periodically
-
Adapt the scorecard based on strategic feedback and evolving business needs
-
Client management and servicing. Understand client's ask and research objectives and deliver a high-quality research output, meeting client's need
-
Analyze and interpret data using a variety of social media tools, secondary research, digital analytics platforms, and other related tools

Convert data into actionable insights

Use story boarding techniques to create reports
-
Come to clear conclusions, implications, and recommendations on the way forward
-
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of the research process

Ensure project timelines are met
