MANAGER - GAMING COST CONTROL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Gaming Incentive and Complimentary Control

· Control and account for all gaming incentives and complimentary benefits issued to patrons.

· Verify that incentives, hotel stays, food & beverage, and travel reimbursements are granted only to patrons who qualify based on approved gaming criteria.

· Ensure all complimentary expenses are authorized, documented, and supported by gaming activity records.

· Monitor incentive costs against approved budgets and report deviations.

Gaming Revenue Audit and Operational Control

· Audit daily gaming revenue from table games.

· Reconcile table floats, chip inventory, cash banks, and cage transactions on a daily basis.

· Verify credit issuance and settlement where applicable.

· Identify discrepancies or shortages and report the same to senior management.

· Ensure compliance with Internal Control Systems (ICS) approved by the management and regulators.

Business Partner and Settlement Control

· Manage periodic settlement of gaming promoters, junket partners, or other approved business associates.

· Verify settlement calculations based on agreed commercial terms and actual gaming results.

· Ensure settlements are accurately recorded and supported by proper documentation.

Reporting and Coordination

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on gaming revenue, incentive costs, and compliance status.

· Coordinate with Gaming Operations, Finance, Surveillance, and Cage teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.

· Escalate control issues, regulatory risks, or non-compliance to senior management in a timely manner.

Authority and Responsibility Level

Assistant Manager Level

· Execute daily revenue audits and reconciliations.

· Prepare statutory reports and documentation under supervision.

· Support audits and regulatory inspections.

· Escalate discrepancies and compliance issues.

Manager Level

· Review and approve daily revenue audits and statutory submissions.

· Ensure end-to-end compliance with regulatory and license conditions.

· Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and auditors.

· Recommend improvements to internal controls and compliance processes.
