Manager – Fund Raising & Banking Operations

Job Summary:

Require proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee banking relationships, companys financial operations and fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle working capital arrangements, overdraft limits, and documentation with banks and NBFCs
• Manage daily banking operations including loan management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.
• Collaborate with accounts and management to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure periodic FEMA compliances.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Good understanding of banking products, trade finance and treasury functions.
• Prior experience in the jewellery or manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
